UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. Later, I explained useful link that his support provider sprayed all around my bed, and the items underneath my bed, billed me an outrageous cost and that they had been running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine for $135, he provided me service for 1/2 of what I was billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my workers treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services for free and done anything necessary to fix the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on client service and being good citizens.
